Sunnybrook Membership Plans & Payment Options
Sunnybrook Trout Club is celebrating its 10 anniversary under the ownership of Doug & Linda Lamb. Effective now through June 30, 2010, Sunnybrook will be offering the initiation expense that was in effect 10 years ago. The pricing listed below reflect those costs. Sunnybrook has a variety of plans available to accommodate every perspective member. Class of membership is based on the distance a member lives from the club. Cost of membership and yearly dues are staggered, based on the theory that members living closer to the club will be able to gain a greater benefit from the club. Memberships are for individuals and are non transferrable. Family options can be attached to an individual membership for a one time charge. Memberships have no equity value and do not give the member a voice in the decision making process of the club. Sunnybrook does not sell corporate memberships.

Standard Options

	Resident Membership
Resident member is an individual living within a 75 mile radius of Sunnybrook Trout Club. Initiation cost is $2000. Semi annual dues of $385. and a $100. stream stocking fee are required every six months to maintain the membership. The semi annual dues and stream fee are billed on January 1st and June 30th. Resident members are required to spend $200. semi annually at club events, in the bar, lodge, restaurant or as guest fees. This $200. requirement is billed with the dues and thencredited back to the member’s account, based on the amount of spending they accrue during the previous six month period.

	Intermediate Membership
Intermediate member is an individual living within a 150 mile radius of Sunnybrook Trout Club but outside the 75 mile radius. Initiation expense is $1500.. Semi annual dues of $385. and a $100. stream stocking fee are required every six months to maintain the membership. The semi annual dues and stream fee are billed on January 1st and June 30th. Intermediate members are required to spend $100. semi annually at club events, in the bar, lodge, restaurant or as guest fees. This $100 requirement is billed with the dues and then credited back to the member’s account, based upon the amount of spending they accrue during the previous six month period.

	Non-Resident Membership
nonresident member is an individual living outside a 150 mile radius of Sunnybrook Trout Club. Initiation expense is $1000.. Semi annual dues of $340. and a $100. stocking fee are required every six months to maintain the membership. The semi annual dues are billed on January 1st and June 30th. Nonresident members have no other required expenses.

	Junior Membership
Persons under the age of 35 may purchase a junior membership. Initiation expense is $1000. Semi annual dues of $230. and a $100. stocking fee are required every six months to maintain the membership. The semi annual dues are billed on January 1st and June 30th. Junior members are required to spend $200. semi annually at club events, in the bar, lodge, restaurant or as guest fees. This $200. requirement is billed with the dues and then credited back to the member’s account, based upon the amount of spending they accrue during the previous six month period. When a junior member reaches the age of 35, he/she is required to upgrade his/her membership to a full membership, based on the class of membership he/she would fall into. Junior members will accrue $200. worth of credits towards this upgrade for each year they are a dues paying member of the club. NOTE: When a junior member reaches the age of 35, an upgrade to a full membership will be required based on the class that the junior member falls into.

	Family Membership
family membership is an option attached to the resident, intermediate, nonresident or junior membership that allows the member’s spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 to participate at the club as fishing members. The cost of the family option is $500. and may be added to an individual membership at any time.
